Tuition & Financial Aid

St. Rose School strives to provide your child with an excellent education and keep that education affordable for your family. If you have questions about tuition payments or would like to discuss specific payment and assistance options for your family, please contact Anne Devlin by phone at 707-545-3203 or by e-mail at strosebusiness@sonic.net .  Tuition is determined annually upon recommendation of the school’s Finance Committee. Families with more than one student enrolled receive a multi-child discount built into the tuition schedule.

Two additional discounts are available: Parish Scholarship Discount, which reflects parish involvement and Mass attendance for which the family is certified by the pastor of their Catholic parish, and the Service Hour Discount for those families who complete the required 25 hours of service commitment to the school annually.

Catholic families may also apply for assistance from the Aquinas Fund established by the Bishop.

 

Registration Fees

Registration fees for currently enrolled students returning for the next school year are due in April, and for new students, at the time the tuition contract is accepted.  Registration fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Tuition Invoicing and Payment Policies

Tuition is payable in full by August 15 or by a monthly installment plan.

St. Rose School utilizes web-based Blackbaud Tuition Management (formerly SMART Tuition) to bill and collect tuition and other costs.  Blackbaud Tuition Management provides secure and convenient online, telephone and mail-in payment plans with choices of payment dates.
