Safe Environment / Volunteer Opportunities

All those who volunteer to work with children on our campus or in school sponsored events must comply with Safe Environment policies of the Diocese of Santa Rosa.  Information about the Safe Environment policies and procedures are located in the weekly school newsletter sent to parents.

All school parents are required to complete 15 hours of community service throughout the school year or will be billed an extra fee at the end of school year.  Parents have the option to ‘opt’ out when completing their Tuition Contract and paying the additional fee up front.

The St. Rose Parent Association (SRPA) sponsors two major fundraisers: The Annual Crab Feed and the student Walk-A-Thon. Every family is asked to support these important fundraisers. Proceeds from these events help to keep everyone’s tuition lower.

Parents will find postings of service hour opportunities in the weekly school newsletter.

Volunteers must be compliant with Diocese requirements including a background check and completing Safe Environment courses online.

Other opportunities to get involved is through our after-school sports program. We are always looking for parents with experience in Volleyball, Basketball, and Track & Field who can coach our teams and volunteer to help with the Track & Field Day.

Contact the school athletic director for more information.
