Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is based on financial need and made possible with funding by the Baldocchi Scholarship Fund, the Eileen Schneider Tuition Assistance Fund, the Aquinas Scholarship, and other benefactors.  Family participation in school and parish is a strong consideration in awarding assistance. Eligibility for tuition assistance requires financial obligations be current.

BASIC FUND Scholarship for NEW Families

The Basic Fund is a privately funded program dedicated to broadening educational opportunities for children by helping low-income families afford the cost of tuition at Bay Area private schools.  The BASIC Fund scholarships are based on household size and income. 

New family applications are available online starting in January.

Tuition is determined annually upon recommendation of the school’s Finance Committee. Families with more than one student enrolled receive a multi-child discount built into the tuition schedule.

Active Catholic Families may quality for the Active Catholic tuition rate if the family are registered Catholic parishioners who  regularly attend Mass and who financially support their parish. Family involvement must be certified by the pastor of their Catholic parish at each trimester.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for currently enrolled students returning for the next school year are due in April, and for new students, at the time the tuition contract is accepted.  Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Invoicing and Payment Policies

Tuition is payable in full by August 15 or by a monthly installment plan.

St. Rose School utilizes web-based Blackbaud Tuition Management to bill and collect tuition and other costs.  Blackbaud Tuition Management provides secure and convenient online, telephone and mail-in payment plans with choices of payment dates.
