Mr. Hill received his post graduate teaching degree from the University of San Francisco after completing a successful career in education sales. He has a California multiple subject teaching credential; and is currently working on a secondary certificate in Social Studies. He has taught fifth grade at St. Rose since 2012 and also teaches 8th grade U.S. History, a subject he most enjoys. You could say it was preordained that Mr. Hill would become a teacher. Everyone in his family is. His wife, sister, and brother-in law are all teachers in the greater Santa Rosa -Windsor area. His mother is a retired teacher of 35 years and still volunteers her time at a local elementary school. Mr. Hill has lived in the Santa Rosa area since 1995. He is married with two teenage children. Away from the classroom Mr. Hill has always been an outdoor enthusiast. He is also a Boy Scout leader, leading many high adventure outings throughout the year, an avid bike rider, and hiker.
